The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The giveaway will run simultaneously on the official SK8LIKEYOU Instagram and Facebook accounts.

To enter:

STEP 1: Find the official SK8LIKEYOU SO BUTTERY Giveaway reel on Instagram or Facebook.

STEP 2: Comment the words SO BUTTERY on that reel during the official entry period.

That's it! Your qualifying comment is your official entry.

We also encourage everyone to help us spread the butter!

• Tag a skate friend in the comments who you'd love to give one of the prizes to.
• Use Instagram's native Repost feature to share the giveaway reel.
• Share the reel on Facebook.
• Share the reel to your Instagram or Facebook Story.

IMPORTANT: Tagging, reposting and sharing are encouraged but are not required to enter or win. These actions do not increase your chances of winning.

Only comments placed on the original official SK8LIKEYOU giveaway reel on Instagram or its official corresponding Facebook post will be counted.

Only ONE entry per person will be accepted, regardless of which platform is used.

If you enter on both Instagram and Facebook, you are still entitled to only one entry.

Multiple comments from the same person will not increase their chances of winning.

Entries made through automated accounts, bots, fraudulent profiles or other manipulative methods may be disqualified.

Entrants must comply with the applicable platform's terms and community guidelines.

SK8LIKEYOU reserves the right to verify entry eligibility and remove duplicate or fraudulent entries. Duplicate entries across platforms will be consolidated where reasonably identifiable.

One randomly selected winner will receive the following three merchandise items:

ONE HAT: One eligible SK8LIKEYOU hat of the winner's choice.

ONE SHIRT: One eligible SK8LIKEYOU shirt of the winner's choice.

ONE HOODIE: One eligible SK8LIKEYOU hoodie of the winner's choice.

The winner may select available designs, colors and sizes from the eligible merchandise offered by SK8LIKEYOU.

All selections are subject to product availability, available sizes and available colors at the time the winner claims their prize.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of total prize package: $250.00 USD. (ESTIMATED)

The prize package consists of three individual merchandise items, not three separate prize packages.

No cash alternative or substitution by the winner is permitted. SK8LIKEYOU may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable.

SK8LIKEYOU will cover standard shipping costs to eligible U.S. addresses for the awarded merchandise. Expedited shipping is not included.

Any taxes resulting from receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner, as required by applicable law.

The winner gets to keep TWO of the three awarded merchandise items and give ONE item to a friend of their choosing.

After the winner has been verified, SK8LIKEYOU will ask:

• Which hat, shirt and hoodie the winner has selected.
• Which two items the winner wants to keep.
• Which one item the winner wants to give to a friend.
• The applicable sizes, colors and available design selections.

The recipient of the gifted item must have a valid shipping address within the eligible U.S. shipping area.

The winner is responsible for obtaining their friend's permission before providing any personal or shipping information to SK8LIKEYOU.

SK8LIKEYOU will coordinate the shipping arrangements privately.

The friend receiving the item does not need to have entered the giveaway or followed SK8LIKEYOU.

If a winner cannot designate an eligible recipient, SK8LIKEYOU may allow the winner to retain all three items.

Following the conclusion of the giveaway, SK8LIKEYOU will randomly select ONE potential winner from all eligible entries received across Instagram and Facebook.

All eligible entries will have an equal chance of winning.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selection will not be based on follower count, popularity, engagement, number of shares, or number of tagged friends.

The selection and verification decisions of SK8LIKEYOU will be final, subject to applicable law.

SK8LIKEYOU will notify the selected winner in TWO ways.

FIRST: SK8LIKEYOU will reply WINNER! directly to the winner's original SO BUTTERY comment on the giveaway reel.

SECOND: SK8LIKEYOU will attempt to contact the winner privately through Instagram Direct Messages or Facebook Messenger, depending on where the winning entry was submitted.

The selected winner will have 48 hours from the initial notification to respond and claim the prize.

The winner must confirm their eligibility and provide the information necessary to arrange merchandise selections and shipping.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, SK8LIKEYOU may randomly select an alternate winner.

A public winner announcement does not constitute final prize verification.

After the winner is verified and merchandise selections are confirmed, SK8LIKEYOU will arrange fulfillment of the prize package.

Merchandise may be produced and shipped through SK8LIKEYOU's third-party fulfillment provider.

The winner and designated friend may receive their merchandise in separate shipments.

Delivery times may vary based on product availability, production schedules and shipping carriers.

SK8LIKEYOU will provide reasonable assistance with shipping issues, subject to carrier policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the winner may be the responsibility of the winner.

No purchase of SK8LIKEYOU merchandise or any other product or service is necessary to enter the giveaway.

Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

Following SK8LIKEYOU, tagging friends, reposting the reel or sharing it to Stories is not required to participate.

All eligible entries will be treated equally during random winner selection.

SK8LIKEYOU reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, abusive, submitted in violation of these rules, or intended to manipulate the outcome of the giveaway.

If technical problems, platform interruptions, fraud or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SK8LIKEYOU materially affect the integrity of the giveaway, SK8LIKEYOU may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Any changes affecting participants will be communicated through the official SK8LIKEYOU accounts or this official rules page.

If the giveaway is terminated early, SK8LIKEYOU may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where lawful and reasonably practicable.

Information collected from the winner will be used for purposes related to prize verification, administration and fulfillment.

This may include:

• Full name
• Contact information

• Shipping information for the winner and designated friend

Personal information will not be publicly posted as part of the prize fulfillment process.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and SK8LIKEYOU's published privacy practices.

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless SK8LIKEYOU, its owners, employees, representatives, agents and prize fulfillment partners from claims arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

SK8LIKEYOU is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, inaccessible or not visible because of platform outages, internet connectivity issues, account restrictions or other technical problems outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
